Windows Small Business Server.

 Microsoft's latest issue of Small Business Server (SBS 2008) was release lat 2008 and comes in two versions, standard and basic.

It should be noted that SBS 2008 only comes in 64 bit versions, so:

  1. Ensure that your server does not run any 16 bit legacy systems, THEY WILL NOT WORK. This may include drivers for older peripherals.
  2. If your Server is old enough to need upgrading, it is almost certainly 32 bit and will need to be replaced.
  3. At present SBS 2008 does not support BlackBerry Server (or vice-versa).
  4. Outlook is no longer included and should be purchased as part of the Office Suite.
