| The Phonix Client Interface
screen is activated by an incoming telephone call.
Incoming call information is "popped up" on any PC on your network, within the first ring, which is running the Phonix client. The interface will show the line number, telephone number, contact name and company name of the caller.

Phonix Search provides an easy and very FAST search facility on Outlook
file data. Pressing the 'Find Button' on the
Client Interface screen will activate the search box as below. |

|
A telephone number search will list matching phone numbers. |
|
|
|
A name search will list matching names. |
|
|
|
A postcode search will list matching postcodes. |
|
|
|
A category search will list matching Outlook categories. |
|
|
Click Category List to see Primary Outlook Categories. Number in brackets [ ] is number of contact records per category. |
|
|
|
Click Find to display the items in that Category. If the Contact shows a Sage Account, click on the AC box to display that account. |
|
The Search feature alone is a useful tool which will save valuable time when looking for important phone numbers or contacts
|

Sales Access Customer Account information including details of all invoices
Clicking on the Stock button will quickly show if items requested are currently in stock (Financial Controller only)
Click on the Purchase Orders button to go to Supplier Account information |

The Sage Stock interface will allow you to quickly see
if the item requested is currently in stock.
